We have adopted ‘Quality Policy’ wherein we are committed to deliver only high quality products to our Customers.
We have our in-house Quality Control Department for safeguarding the quality not only through careful analysis and documentation but also periodic checks at every stage of our activities. Our Quality Management System includes our employees and upgrading their skills through continuous training and participation thus ensuring that the quality policy down to the last personnel at work.
The purpose of this manual is to provide details of Manufacturing Quality Control,
Manufacturing Quality Assurance, Construction Quality Control, Procurement quality control of
Blue Radiant.
The General Manager is ultimately responsible for the successful construction and operation of the facilities Blue Radiant Trading and Contracting He has the authority to select and dismiss organizations or individuals charged with the construction, operations, quality assurance, and
quality control activities.
The QAM reports to the General Manager of Compliance and Permitting and supervises the
QAO and Quality Assurance personnel. The QAM is responsible for ensuring that the quality assurance requirements outlined in this manual are implemented. The QAM coordinates implementation of the QA/QC Manual with the Project co-ordinator.
The CQAO reports to the QAM and has direct contact with the General Manager of Compliance and Permitting. The CQAO is responsible for compliance with the Construction quality assurance requirements outlined in the QA/QC Manual. The CQAO works
closely with the Project Manager and QAM to ensure that construction specifications are met and documented.
The Project coordinator to the General Manger of Compliance and Permitting
and supervises the Project Engineer, Project Manager, and QC Manager. Project coordinator Initiates and provides design solutions to non-conformance or quality problems encountered
during construction. The Project coordinator has been assigned the specific responsibility of
overseeing the overall construction of the project. The Project coordinator shall oversee completion of the Construction Certification Report.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing production, scheduling, and Coordination activities. During construction, the Project Manager shall regularly inspect the construction site. The Project Manager has the authority to stop any aspect of the work that is not in compliance with the QA/QC Manual.
