Quality Policy

Blue Radiant Contracting is committed to provide service that ensures a quality program is delivered in accordance with customer’s requirements and design documents. Quality Policy is to be the Best Customer Satisfier by providing Products and services of the highest quality.

Blue Radiant is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and a continuous improvement program that provides results for our customer. The company mission statement and objectives will be developed into project and departmental targets: We closely monitor our company performance against our return on capital employed we shall establish targets for all our operation to enable managers to share and contribute to company goal.

We are developing specific awareness programs for all employees so that they may perform their works effectively and efficiently with clear focus on customer requirements. Also we adopt a process approach identifying steps to convert an input to an output meeting for the clients and the projects reports/records, financial returns and wastage data to check with, monitor our performance.
We have adopted ‘Quality Policy’ wherein we are committed to deliver only high quality products to our Customers.

We have our in-house Quality Control Department for safeguarding the quality not only through careful analysis and documentation but also periodic checks at every stage of our activities. Our Quality Management System includes our employees and upgrading their skills through continuous training and participation thus ensuring that the quality policy down to the last personnel at work.

Purpose

The purpose of this manual is to provide details of Manufacturing Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality Assurance, Construction Quality Control, Procurement quality control of Blue Radiant.

Scope

This QA / QC plan contains the procedures required during and after completion of the project. The following phases are described in this plan.

General Manager

The General Manager is ultimately responsible for the successful construction and operation of the facilities Blue Radiant Trading and Contracting He has the authority to select and dismiss organizations or individuals charged with the construction, operations, quality assurance, and quality control activities.

Quality Assurance Manager

The QAM reports to the General Manager of Compliance and Permitting and supervises the QAO and Quality Assurance personnel. The QAM is responsible for ensuring that the quality assurance requirements outlined in this manual are implemented. The QAM coordinates implementation of the QA/QC Manual with the Project co-ordinator.

Construction Quality Assurance Officer

The CQAO reports to the QAM and has direct contact with the General Manager of Compliance and Permitting. The CQAO is responsible for compliance with the Construction quality assurance requirements outlined in the QA/QC Manual. The CQAO works closely with the Project Manager and QAM to ensure that construction specifications are met and documented.

Quality Assurance Auditor

Quality Assurance Auditor shall be contracted to audit the construction activities.

Project coordinator

The Project coordinator to the General Manger of Compliance and Permitting and supervises the Project Engineer, Project Manager, and QC Manager. Project coordinator Initiates and provides design solutions to non-conformance or quality problems encountered during construction. The Project coordinator has been assigned the specific responsibility of overseeing the overall construction of the project. The Project coordinator shall oversee completion of the Construction Certification Report.

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for the following tasks:

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing production, scheduling, and Coordination activities. During construction, the Project Manager shall regularly inspect the construction site. The Project Manager has the authority to stop any aspect of the work that is not in compliance with the QA/QC Manual.
