Safety Policy
We promote a safety culture through proper training, focusing on an increased awareness of
our surroundings on the work-site, in the offices etc. We are continually identifying potential
hazards and risks to ensure not only an illness and injury free atmosphere everywhere we
operate, also an environment where all individuals have the opportunity to be successful. Our
Safety policy covers all employees, visitors, contractors and customers associated with us. The
policies and procedures will be implemented using open communication, regular safety
meetings and special safety bulletins. All employees have a responsibility for their own safety
and their actions which could affect the safety of others. The main aim of the safety policy is to
create an awareness of Safety issues and safe working practices throughout the organization.
Management will:
- Ensure that appropriate risk assessments are carried out to identify potential hazards in our operations.
- Advise all employees, customers and contractors of any hazards.
- Ensure safe systems of work are adopted to minimize the risk of injury.
Health & Environment
We will strive to develop, superior quality to meet customer requirements while operating in an
environmentally responsible manner. Each employee with us must be fully committed to an effective environmental management system designed to accomplish our strategic business objective and fulfill our responsibility as a good corporate neighbor. Health & Safety is crucial to the success of Blue Radiant and the company operates a comprehensive health and safety system to ensure that it maintains the highest standards possible. Blue Radiant recognizes and
accepts its obligations to preserve the environment. The company operates a thorough
environmental policy.
An Environmental Management System is maintained to ensure –
- Compliance with relevant environmental statutory requirements.
- Identification and minimization/elimination of significant environmental impacts.
- Continual improvement in environmental performance.
